More and more flexo printers are looking for solutions that reduce the environmental impact of production, without compromising on print quality. Our approach!

Ecology for us is concrete, not just an empty slogan

For more than 20 years, we have been a distributor of eco-friendly water-based plates that do not require solvents at the plate leaching stage. This long-standing cooperation with the Japanese company Toyobo, which is their manufacturer, has also made ecology a very important criterion for us in the design of equipment and the formulation of chemicals of our own production.

What do we use?

Water washable plates are an alternative to classic solvent plates - water Water washable plates , safe for people and the environment.

  • No emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs),
  • Lower carbon footprint throughout the product lifecycle,
  • No solvent disposal required.

We offer VOC-free cleaners, locally produced in Poland in our R&D laboratory. Due to their greater effectiveness, they allow for less consumption with each cleaning cycle, further reducing the environmental footprint.

  • Complies with European environmental standards,
  • Safe for operators and the environment,
  • They reduce emissions and reduce the burden on ventilation and waste systems.

Replaces traditional UV lamps

  • They consume much less energy,
  • They do not generate waste fluorescent lamps,
  • They have a longer service life, which translates into less wear and tear on components.
