Energy-efficient and long-lasting alternative to classic UV lamps

With a UV LED exposing machine, printers use up to 60-80% less electricity, do not need to replace lamps regularly - LEDs have a much longer life, the machine heats up faster and works more stably, which reduces exposure time. Fewer failures and service = less downtime and lower maintenance costs.

QUICKER chemistry is environmentally friendly and effective, which significantly extends the life of the plates

Thanks to unique formulas developed in our laboratory, QUICKER products effectively clean and protect printing plates at the same time, extending their life by up to tens of percent. That's real savings on consumables, lower cleaning agent consumption, faster cleaning processes, less waste and lower disposal costs.

QUICKER washers eliminate manual labor, reduce errors and cut machine downtime by up to 70%. The fully automatic post-printing die washing line operates almost without operator involvement - from loading to picking up clean dies. The QUICKER FLOW T100 washout reduces material waste and improves the quality of printing forms. A full cycle takes only 5-10 minutes, and the built-in UV LED lamp speeds up illumination.

The machine is ready for operation as soon as it is started. Water consumption per cycle: 43-89 liters (depending on settings).
