Specialization: leaching after UV exposure
QUICKER is not a post-printing water plates machine, but precision equipment for removing uncured photopolymer after UV exposure - one of the key steps in the production of flexographic and letterpress printing plates.
Thanks to refined mechanics, proper temperature selection and brush operation, the devices provide clean, accurately reproduced raster points and sharp edges - ready for further processing.
Operation of water and solvent plates
QUICKER washers are suitable for both water-based technology (e.g., Toyobo Cosmolight) and for working with plates that require solvents.
The equipment is equipped with the right chemical systems and filtration systems to guarantee cleaning efficiency without risking damage to the plates. QUICKER 's flexibility allows you to match the configuration to your production system and the type of plates used, without compromising on quality.
Full process control and repeatability of results
The operator can precisely set all key parameters: temperature, chemical contact time, transport speed and brushing intensity.
