Each type of chemicals has an appropriate level of aggressiveness, viscosity and compatibility with washout devices, which allows for the effective removal of uncured photopolymer without the risk of damage or deformation of the plate.

QUICKER leaching agents maintain consistent effectiveness even with repeated use, thanks to their controlled pH and resistance to degradation at high temperatures.
Thanks to this, the washing process remains repeatable – without surprises and the need for frequent bath changes. This directly translates into lower consumption and greater production predictability.
Safe for raster points and printing plate details
Each medium has been tested to work with printing plates with high line counts, small texts and precise tonal transitions.
The active substances are selected so as to effectively remove the non-hardened layer, but at the same time not to disturb the sharp edges of the points and not to adversely affect the structure of the relief. The result? printing plates ready for further processing without the risk of corrections.
Compatibility with QUICKER washers and other brands
QUICKER agents were developed in cooperation with the design department of the leaching equipment, which ensures their full compatibility with QUICKER machines.
At the same time, the formulas have also been tested in washers from other manufacturers - with stable results. You can safely implement this chemicals in your process, regardless of the machine park.
