QUICKER products can handle dried water, UV and solvent inks that settle on the printing plate surface during printing. Thanks to appropriately selected active ingredients, they dissolve even difficult residues without the need for mechanical scrubbing or long soaking.
The impurities are separated from the surface, but do not affect the raster points or the relief. As a result, the printing plate is clean, dry and ready for reuse - without streaks, deposits and the risk of deformation.
Safe for the printing plate structure and raster points
Each formula has been designed to remove only what is needed – printing inks, varnish or dirt – without interfering with the physical structure of the printing plate.
The agents do not dissolve the photopolymer material, do not soften the surface and do not affect the quality of the point. This is crucial if printing plates are reused in other production runs. A clean mold means clean printing, and a clean point means a stable effect on the machine - from the first to the last meter of the web.
Consistent performance throughout the life cycle
QUICKER agents retain their cleaning properties for many cycles of operation in a closed loop. They do not lose pH, do not foam excessively, and do not settle in the filtration system.
This means they can be used for longer without having to be replaced frequently. This means real savings on chemicals and machine downtime. Operators can be sure that the agent will work the same way every time – regardless of the number of printing plates cleaned during the day.

With the right viscosity, foaming and solubility parameters, the agents work efficiently and do not cause problems with circulation systems, filters or brushes. They do not affect Equipment Components and can be safely used in continuous operation. This is a solution ready to be implemented in any printing plant, regardless of equipment.
