QUICKER chemicals for washing press parts are designed to remove tough, dried contaminants from working with water-based, UV and solvent inks. The chemicals works effectively on parts such as doctor blades, ink tanks, inkwells and small components without causing mechanical damage or corrosion.

Dried printing inks, varnish or glue are some of the most troublesome contaminants in the daily operation of a printing house. QUICKER chemicals are designed to effectively dissolve these substances from metal, plastic and composite machine components.
They penetrate deposits in hard-to-reach places - in corners, bends and grooves. The result is clean, work-ready parts without scrubbing, heating or soaking for hours.
Safe operation - no risk of damage or corrosion
The chemical composition of each QUICKER agent was selected to effectively remove dirt without reacting with the surface material of the cleaned elements.
The agents do not dull surfaces, do not dissolve factory printing inkss on components and do not contribute to corrosion. This is important especially for precision parts, the replacement of which involves high costs or the risk of unplanned downtime.
Compatibility with anilox washing equipment
The QUICKER line of agents includes products dedicated to different types of ink used in flexography and letterpress. This means the ability to precisely select an agent for a specific type of soiling and to work on a daily, weekly or maintenance cycle.
This makes it possible to effectively clean both parts fresh from disassembly and parts that would require hours of soaking in traditional solvents.
