Troika microscopes are professional measurement tools that support printers in quality control of aniloxes, photopolymer plates and prints. For each of Troika's printing microscopes, software can be installed to meet the requirements appropriate to the application, i.e. Flexoplate QC software for measuring plates and reprints, Anilox QC and Anilox Management Systems software for inspecting the wear condition of aniloxes in 3D, Gravure QC and Cylinder Management System software for inspecting the wear condition of rotogravure cylinders in 3D, software for verifying the point gain from the negative or masked CtP plate through the finished processed polymer plate to reprints.
Each application has individual functions, making Troika's inspection and measurement equipment a versatile tool for full control and analysis of the pre-press process for each of the available forms of printing. Troika's printing microscopes provide full control over the reprints being made and verification of most of the other processes accompanying printing.

AniCAM Anilox QC 3D anilox inspection software plus AniCAM HD™ device
The AniCAM HD™ instrument with software is used to inspect and analyze anilox wear. It makes precise measurements of cell capacity, cell depth, and linearity. All measurements can be archived and reviewed after they are taken. The new AniCAM HD allows users to achieve faster, more accurate results while maintaining ease of use.
New options for measuring and inspecting anilox rollers:

Systematic control of aniloxes allows real savings and increased print quality.
AniCAM HD device with Flexoplate QC software for inspection and measurement of flexographic plates, 3D letterpress, reprints, negatives / masked CTP plates.
The device for measuring preprints, printing plates and negatives provides optimal control of flexo printing plates preparation and postprint wear. Equipped with the possibility of three-dimensional plate profiling, the device allows the measurement and inspection of up to 1% of raster points made with all available technologies.
Option to analyze flexo plates in 3D, the height and angle of points on the printing plate. This function also includes 2D flexo plate analysis and provides measurements of percent halftones, line frequencies, angles, diameters and distances. In addition, the 2D flexo plate analysis option provides measurements of percentage halftones, line frequencies, angles, diameters and distances.
Images and readings can be archived. Precise inspection of polymer plates allows you to eliminate errors when making printing plates in your own pre-press, printing molds, and evaluating the quality of printing plates received from an external pre-press. Performing detailed localization of dirt and errors before printing will ensure the highest print quality of your works.
The AniCAM HD™ equipped with the Gravure QC and Cylinder Management System software module is designed specifically for 3D inspection and measurement of rotogravure cylinders. AniCAM Gravure QC allows for real-time inspection of cylinder wear and evaluation of cylinder workmanship prior to placement on the printing machine, enabling measurement of volume, depth, cell width, opening and channel width, angles, and cylinder linearity.
