QUICKER VERTI is a new design of the popular stacker machine for washing and drying flexographic (VF 80) and letterpress (VT80) matrices after UV LED exposure.

Thanks to its vertical construction and integrated drying drawer, it is an ideal solution for small and medium-sized label printers seeking compact and efficient prepress technology. The machine can operate as a stand-alone unit, but it has also been designed to be part of the QUICKER plate processing line.

  • A 7" (18 cm) color HMI panel for quick access to settings, monitoring of key parameters, and wash cycle counters for different plate formats.

  • Safety-closing system with protective bars.
  • Automatic water drainage after each cycle – requires no operator intervention.

Repeatability and plate quality

  • Stable bath temperature control (up to 42°C) ensures consistent washout results
  • Precise brush adjustment relative to the plate guarantees full base control
  • Dual-sided water circulation in the washout chamber maintains chamber cleanliness.

Every detail designed with care

  • Cover opens to 60° for easy operator access
  • Water tank with gravity drain for easy cleaning
  • Washout chamber made of acid-resistant stainless steel – resistant to chemicals and long-term operation
  • Automatic detergent dosing ensures optimal bath parameters while minimizing waste
  • Integrated chamber filters help maintain cleanliness during processing

  • Vertical stacker design saves valuable floor space in the prepress room
  • Supported plate format: up to 635 × 762 mm (working area: 740 × 870 mm)
