Anilox washing equipment
The QUICKER anilox washer is designed to thoroughly and safely clean the surface of aniloxes. By precisely removing dried ink from the micro-gaps of the anilox, the device keeps the cell volume constant and thus ensures predictable ink transfer to the die. This is the key to stable print quality and extended life of the rollers themselves. The washing process can be adjusted for water-based, UV and solvent inks - and the entire system is compatible with QUICKER chemicals.

Effective cleaning of the inside of raster cells
Contamination with ink or varnish inside the cells of the anilox causes a decrease in its capacity, which directly affects the quality and intensity of printing.
QUICKER washers not only clean the surface of the roller, but also precisely remove printing inks residues from inside the micro-slots. With the right choice of chemicals, temperature and time, the device restores the roller to its full capacity - without the risk of damaging the ceramized surface.
