Efficient cleaning thanks to the conical rotary basket
The rotary basket in QUICKER HP washers has a conical shape that allows for even distribution of the cleaned items and ensures that they are fully washed on all sides.
Thanks to a precision-designed nozzle system, the chemical reaches even hard-to-reach places - such as the corners of ink tanks, spaces under doctor blades or the interiors of small mechanical components. This solution keeps components in perfect condition, without the need for time-consuming hand washing or disassembly of printing equipment.
Closed fluid circuit - economy, safety and ecology
The closed-loop system used in QUICKER HP significantly reduces water and chemical consumption, allowing the cleaning solution to be used repeatedly. Appropriate filters retain particulates and contaminants, so the agent remains effective for a long time.
This solution not only reduces operating costs, but also improves operator safety and reduces environmental impact - eliminating the need for frequent disposal of used fluid and reducing resource consumption.
Compact design and convenient operation from the front
QUICKER HP press parts washers are designed for maximum space saving and ergonomics of daily work. All operations - loading, parameter setting, service or maintenance - take place from the front of the machine.
This allows the machine to be installed even in tight production spaces, without the need for access from the sides or rear. At the same time, the compact design does not limit functionality - the machines are able to accommodate tanks, doctor blades, ink chambers and other typical flexo machine components.
Heating the cleaning liquid for increased efficiency
The built-in system for heating the working fluid significantly increases the efficiency of the cleaning process. The higher temperature helps dissolve dried printing inks, varnish or glue residues, which reduces the time needed to achieve the full effect.
In addition, hot water speeds up the drying process of components after washing, allowing them to be restored more quickly. The entire cleaning cycle is therefore shorter, more efficient and better suited to the fast pace of today's printers.
Simple operation and low daily operating costs
QUICKER HP washers are machines that do not require complicated operation or extensive maintenance. Operators can start a boothard cleaning cycle using an intuitive control panel with ready-made programs. Filter replacement is quick and does not require disassembly of the machine.
In addition, the use of readily available chemicals and low power consumption ensure that operation remains economical - even with daily use in intensive production.
