QUICKER 70FL flexo plate machine
The QUICKER 70FL-WO prepares water-washed plates up to a maximum format of 520 x 720mm.
The QUICKER 70FL-WO flexo die washer has a built-in touchscreen control panel, allowing you to control the machine's parameters, i.e. water temperature, filtration control and washout time programming. Equipped with automatic height adjustment of the silicon plate, it does not require manual adjustment of the brushes when working with several plate thicknesses.
The QUICKER 70FL-WO flexo die processor for any plate thickness from 0.7mm to 7.0mm. It also has an automatic lid-opening system when washing is complete.

QUICKER is not a post-printing water plates machine, but precision equipment for removing uncured photopolymer after UV exposure - one of the key steps in the production of flexographic and letterpress printing plates.
Thanks to refined mechanics, proper temperature selection and brush operation, the devices provide clean, accurately reproduced raster points and sharp edges - ready for further processing.
Operation of water and solvent plates
QUICKER washers are suitable for both water-based technology (e.g., Toyobo Cosmolight) and for working with plates that require solvents.
The equipment is equipped with the right chemical systems and filtration systems to guarantee cleaning efficiency without risking damage to the plates. QUICKER 's flexibility allows you to match the configuration to your production system and the type of plates used, without compromising on quality.
Full process control and repeatability of results
The operator can precisely set all key parameters: temperature, chemical contact time, transport speed and brushing intensity.
Such control over the process ensures that each Printing plate will be washed out with the same accuracy - regardless of the change in operator shift, ambient temperature or type of graphics. This is a guarantee of stability and predictability in production.
