The Vulcan 5080 CtP system for flexo plates uses the latest Amsky H256 laser head technology. It takes only 30 minutes to expose a 50-inch × 80-inch plate. The new H256 laser head is designed with a high-power fiber laser and independent control of 256 channels of Light Valve technology.

It is a new breakthrough in reducing energy power. Together with laser distance detection and dynamic autofocus, it can ensure accurate focusing on the surface of the media substrate, regardless of the variance of the flexo plate material thickness.
