Innovations that drew crowds
Four new QUICKER brand machines, as well as the More than ECO line of chemicals, were the premieres that Print Systems showed for the first time in Barcelona. A total of nine machines were presented, including five well-known solutions from the previous edition of the fair. All this took place at the 26th edition of Labelexpo Europe (September 16-19, 2025, Fira Barcelona Gran Via) - the largest event in the label and packaging printing industry.
Print Systems ' premieres in Barcelona showed the direction in which our brand is developing - automation and integration of processes and emphasis on environmentally friendly solutions. The equipment presented meets the needs of both large printers looking for complete production lines and smaller companies looking for compact and secure solutions.
QUICKER VERTI FV80
A new generation of vertical stacker plate processor for washing and drying Toyobo water-based flexo dies. With its compact design and integrated drying drawer, the VERTI FV80 saves space in the prepress while maintaining the highest process precision. An optimized washing system, intuitive HMI panel and automatic detergent dosing make this machine an efficient and ergonomic solution for label and packaging printers. At the fair we presented a machine dedicated to flexographic plates, but there will also be an equivalent for typo plates - QUICKER VERTI FT80.
QUICKER FLOW F110
An advanced 5-in-1 exposure machine that combines UVA LED exposure, drying, post-exposure UVA and UVC in a single unit. With integrated drying drawers and UVC section, it provides full Plate preparation in one pass. Stable and energy-efficient LED sources guarantee reproducible quality - even with the finest elements and rasters. This solution allows printers to increase productivity and reduce service costs. It is also an evolution of the existing UV LED exposer, making it possible to replace several devices with one.
QUICKER UV LED COMBO
Modular inline processor, developed in cooperation with Toyobo, designed for large flexo printers and plate prepress shops. It offers the full sequence of the printing plates production process - from mask removal, to leaching, rinsing and drying, to UV LED exposure and UVC curing. It is designed to integrate with a post-wash filtration system, and is also a solution that is compatible with the Industry 4.0 concept, meaning that it allows integration with production management systems.
QUICKER AquaPure
Toyobo's die leaching wastewater treatment system. QUICKER AquaPure turns problematic waste into clean water that can be reused in the process or safely discharged into the sewer system, depending on regional environmental regulations. The chemical-mechanical technology used minimizes environmental impact, reduces water consumption costs and increases the convenience of daily prepress work.
QUICKER More than ECO
A new line of cleaning chemicals that do not require warning labels on SDS cards and meet the strictest safety standards. More than ECO products are biodegradable, odorless and safe for operators, while being effective against all types of paint - solvent, water-based and UV. With a VOC-free formula and REACH compliance, the solution simplifies logistics and reduces costs, while reinforcing the printer's image as a responsible and modern partner.

In addition to the premieres, the stand included machines that have been recognized by printers for years and have proven their reliability in daily operation. These are technologies that have become the cornerstone of Print Systems ' offerings and set standards in terms of quality and efficiency.
QUICKER Automatic Inline Cleaning System (C66/AF/AR)
An automated line for washing dies after printing, including a C66 washer, automatic AF feeder and AR receiver. The system allows simultaneous loading of up to 25 dies, which are automatically transferred to the receiving table after the washing and drying process. Closed-circuit operation reduces water and chemical consumption, and ergonomic solutions (e.g., detergent drawer, HMI panels) make the system extremely easy to use. Annually, it saves between 200-900 hours of operator labor.
QUICKER Ultrasonic Anilox Cleaner U-500
Ultrasonic washer designed for cleaning anilox rollers. The process takes about 25 minutes and is characterized by high efficiency with minimal consumption of water and chemicals (savings reach 60-80%). The device is safe for the roller surface and allows printers to quickly restore cleanliness in printing processes.
Amsky Vulcan 4835s
A state-of-the-art CtP (Computer-to-Plate) system for flexo printing plates. Thanks to the H256 laser head technology and a resolution of up to 5080 dpi, it enables exceptional precision in the reproduction of rasters and lines as thin as 5 μm. The device is distinguished by its high exposure speed and stable operation, making it an ideal solution for printers and repro studios looking for a combination of quality and efficiency. Already in Barcelona, several devices found their new owners - all from the premiere category - which is the best proof that the market has appreciated our new solutions. Such a result only proves that we follow our customers' needs and are today a partner for printers who are looking for comprehensive solutions in printing plates production.
