Overhaul
We have many years of experience in the printing industry, based on throughout knowledge of machines and devices used within the plate preparation process in flexo and letterpress technology. We have proper technical background and capabilities to provide high quality overhauling services for our customers.
Every overhaul is preceded by a very detailed verification of condition of every machine part, using precise measuring devices and is subject to a very detailed verification procedures, using knowledge and expertise of our specialists. Based on that we prepare the scope of overhauling works and cost calculation. In case any of damaged parts has to be exchanged, we can offer both original spare parts by the machine manufacturer, as well as provide high quality substitutes. With us high quality of order fulfilment is assured and guaranteed.
Spare part and consumables
We have a warehouse of spare part for machines and devices on our offer. Our advisors provide support to select correct spare parts and will help you have them quickly exchanged when needed.
IN CASE SPARE PARTS ARE ORDERED we kindly ask you to use catalogue identification numbers, available in the spare parts lists in manuals.
Technical service
Covers warranty and post-warranty period. In case of problems we kindly ask you to gather the necessary information before notification is reported:
- Machine model and number,
- Description of malfunction: alarms, errors, light signals, etc.
- Date of the last technical service check,
- Name, family name and phone number of the contact person,
- Indication of repair’s location,
- Indication of time, when access to machine/device will be possible in order to eliminate the malfunction.
Installations
Having bought a machine or device from our company you will be given comprehensive support in installation and launching of the machine. Many years of experience and know-how allow us to complete every installation quickly and in a perfect manner.

Replacement machine
