Assumptions of an effective service

  • We perform periodic inspections and maintenance of machines.
  • We diagnose mechanical and electronic faults and repairs.
  • We calibrate and adjust exposure, drying, washing and assembly equipment,
  • We modernize equipment (e.g., retrofitting UV LED modules, software changes),
  • We are commissioning new equipment and training operators. 
  • We operate both under service contracts and on a one-time intervention basis.

Diagnostics and repair

We know how to find and fix the problem quickly. We have experience and direct contacts with manufacturers, and our service technicians can instantly identify the source of the malfunction and restore the efficiency of machines without unnecessary downtime.

How do we operate?

  • If possible, we diagnose defects remotely - by phone or video.
  • We arrange for a service technician to arrive on site quickly.
  • We have our own warehouse of spare parts, located in Poland.
  • We provide full repair documentation and technical advice.
  • We guarantee support after service - we do not leave the printer with the problem. Each repair restores the machine to full functionality and safety of use....

Preventive maintenance

Prevention is better than repair - this rule applies to any prepress. Regular maintenance of machines helps to avoid breakdowns, extend the life of equipment and maintain high production quality.

We provide:

  • Inspection schedules tailored to the intensity of equipment operation,
  • Service documentation in accordance with quality standards
    (ISO, BRC, IFS),
  • Wear control of key components
    (lamps, filters, belts, motors),
  • Training for operators on daily care and safe operation of machinery.
