Our Customers' Stories
When time, cost and quality matter!
QUICKER C66 post-printing polymer washing machine - our last installation took place in Serbia. SPEKTAR was founded in 1985, and its core business is the production of multilayer polyamide sausage casings and high-barrier films and shrink bags, which are used in the food industry for packaging meat and dairy products.

The company is open to new technologies in the production of...
It is eager to invest in new equipment and relies on top-quality raw materials. Customers appreciate both the functional and aesthetic qualities of the finished products for packaging fresh, processed and cooked meat, as well as fermented and ripened cheeses. The quality of production is regularly controlled in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 boothards, and the compliance of the produced packaging with food requirements is controlled in reputable and respected accredited laboratories in Serbia and abroad.
Quality, precision and speed of handling orders are the best possible credentials of SPEKTAR as a reliable supplier of flexible packaging, which are valued by both domestic and foreign customers.
The company was struggling with a major problem of retractable printing plates for the AGI machine it had been using. This had a negative impact on turnaround times, and often led to damage to the printing plate. This was associated with high costs of preparing a new plate for resuming production.
Demonstration and training
SPEKTAR representatives attended a demonstration of the QUICKER C66 device at the invitation of our Serbian distributor, GOLDENGRAFIKA doo. During the presentation they tested their own printing plates soiled with various types of inks, which they brought with them. They use UV, solvent and water-based inks in their everyday printing. The tests convinced them that the process of washing printing plates in the QUICKER is faster while maintaining high quality no matter what ink was used on the plate. Of key importance to our customer was the way the plate is guided on a special belt during washing, which prevents the washed Printing plate from falling into the machine. Successful tests, washing efficiency, reliability and safety determined the investment in a new QUICKER C66 polymer washing machine. Installation of the machine and training of personnel in operation was carried out by our representative for the Balkans - Ladislav Kubik.
