Labels by Novacode
Novacode was established in 2014 as a result of a reorganization of a flexographic printing company that had been operating since 2004. The company is a market-recognized manufacturer of self-adhesive labels, tags, tickets, thermal transfer Webs and a supplier to a wide range of industries, including automotive, electronics, logistics, chemicals, food, horticulture, cosmetics and many other industries.

Four fully compatible Mark Andy flexographic machines (with UV ink technology) printing up to 10 colors with the possibility of combining with many label decoration techniques (sub-printing up to 4 colors, lamination, cold-stamping, embossing), 2 screen-printing stations, die-cutting and converting machines and many other auxiliary equipment. Production is supported by an extensive graphics department.
Novacode operates on the basis of the ISO 9001:2015 Integrated Quality Management System. This means that the production process is based on full traceability of raw materials and finished choices, and quality verification takes place at each stage of the production process. The company is particularly concerned about the quality of its products and the highest level of customer service.
From the very beginning of our existence, we strive to take a comprehensive approach to the customer, hence in our offer, in addition to boothard printed labels, you can also find TTR tapes, barcode printers, applicators for automating production lines at the customer's site. We also manufacture very specialized solutions like front panels, membrane keyplates. Our machine park is growing every year, so this year we are completing the expansion stage of the production hall, warehouse and office building.

Automation and development
The development of production technology based on process automation is an indicator of Novacode's search for innovative and efficient solutions. The team's involvement in polymer washing was a major challenge for the printer. Streamlining the process was an obvious need, for which Print Systems ' washers were the appropriate, need-fulfilling solution QUICKER.
Our company has always focused on automating the process, and hence it was natural for us to look for a solution for washing polymer plates that would be essentially maintenance-free. Most solutions relied on an operator and single insertion of plates into the washer, or possibly on a work belt, which took up a lot of space in the case of a larger number of plates. The polymer washer feeder seemed to us to be an ideal solution that alluded to our thoughts of automation, speeding up the process and continuously improving the working conditions of our team.

Good decision and results
Novacode decided to purchase a QUICKER C66 polymer washer with automatic feeder AF18 and aQUICKER HP90 press parts washer. It didn't have to wait long for the results of commissioning the machines and automating the processes.
After just a few months of operation, there has already been a significant acceleration of the washing process, and greater accuracy in the results of washing polymers and press parts. The efficiency of machine washing and process automation has a huge impact on the quality of the labels produced.
We chose Print Systems because of the quality of service and the innovative solutions with which they stand out in the market.
